Partially. State lotteries publish remaining prize counts, but they don't tell you how many tickets are left in circulation—and that's the critical piece of information. Without knowing the ticket count, you can't calculate current odds or know if a game is near the end of its run. SmartScratcher fills in that gap by estimating remaining tickets and doing all the math for you.
We use the published overall odds for each game (provided by the lottery at launch) combined with the current number of remaining prizes to mathematically estimate how many tickets are still out there. With large prize pools and thousands of tickets, statistical methods become very reliable. It's the same principle casinos and statisticians use—large numbers make patterns predictable.
